Recommendations for NBP Report

During my internship at N.B.P, I observe that N.B.P is the largest operational bank of the Pakistan. But there are some areas which have need to improvement are as under:
Bank has Lack of communication among the employees. The bank should develop proper communication channel among the employees which is necessary.
The bank has Ineffective public dealing process. The bank should make an information desk for common public, which is very helpful for bank.
 Lack of commitment in N.B.P so bank should enhance the level of commitment between employees and costumers.
Bank should enhance the level of Efficiency of their employee’s. So training session should be held at different intervals in a financial year to make employee more competent. If will employees efficient than bank work efficiently and increase revenue.
There is lot of Misuse of resources in N.B.P so bank should check the use of their resources properly and regularly.
Computing skills should be enhanced in staff of N.B.P which is mandatory for all staff members.
The whole structure of N.B.P has needed to change according to the market.
All Branches of N.B.P should be online for customer convenience and fro best link among all its branches .Online system should be implemented for provide better service to their customer.
Rules and regulation should be applied to all employees even to the top management in any way. Make sure that all employee follow rules and regulation
Internal audit and external audit should be held and executed fairly.
Should be Separate desk for all products and service to facilitate the customer.
 Old people and women for preference to solve their problem and appropriate place for their sitting.
Security System is improved and trained people are hired for security as well as security cameras should be technical alright and latest.
Behavior of staff should be cooperative and polite with customer.
Account opening, loan issuing and some other procedures should be more convenient and flexible
